  • I have an unhealthy, but happy relationship with caffeine and ice cream.
  • I am a total insomniac and I get a ton of work done at 3 a.m.
  • I have the coolest 4 year-old on the planet.
  • Your photos are not about me or my 'art'.  I believe my job is to show your awesomeness.
  • There isn't one aspect of my job that I don't like.  I even feel weird calling it a 'job' sometimes.

I think it's important that you not only like your photographer's work, but that you actually like your photographer.

I had a ton of fun with these two - so many laughs at Easy Street Records & then on their bikes down in Georgetown...Sara & Christian are basically awesome, rolled in cool & then dipped in sunshine.  I'm kind of smitten...

Wedding Photography ~ Little Creek Casino, Olympia ~ Marla & Julie

Marla ~ probably one of the most genuine, kind people on the planet - she and I met the first day of our bachelors program at Bastyr.  I demanded that she become my friend and the rest is history.
Julie ~ she loves Marla like none other, runs a close second on Marla on the genuine tip and told me she felt like a princess in her gown...awesome.

**Crazy, proud parent alert!**  This was the first wedding I've shot where I was on the guest list before I was asked to photograph AND my Lily was asked to be their flower girl.  You'll forgive me for the quantity of Lily photos please...
